"Without an uneasy feeling in our stomachs, we feel that it is not possible to participate in an event of this magnitude at the moment - unfortunately. Due to the extremely high incidence of infection, we have now decided with a heavy heart to cancel our presence on site in Augsburg and to withdraw from our contract with the trade fair company. We want to protect the health of our employees, partners and customers and are therefore not taking any risks," Nicole Bernstein, Member of the Management Board of BERNSTEIN AG, explains the decision. Furthermore, the company assumes that visitor numbers will not be comparable to those of past trade fairs anyway: "Travel restrictions and quarantine regulations will be a significant factor for international visitors in particular to reconsider a visit to the trade fair," Nicole Bernstein is sure.
