With the SLK, SLC and new SLO series, BERNSTEIN offers three safety interlocks that complement each other in terms of design, function and performance. Whether compact, robust or highly integrated, each variant meets specific requirements for industrial use. Together, they have one goal – the safe protection of movable safety devices. All models operate either with spring force or magnetic locking and have a locking force of up to 3000 N.

Safety switch with guard locking SLO
The SLO combines compact dimensions with powerful technology: with a housing size of only 30 × 30 × 135 mm, it offers a locking force of 3000 N and reliable door and locking monitoring up to PL e. The integrated RFID coding in three coding levels provides effective protection against tampering and allows easy adaptation to different security requirements.
Thanks to its IP69 protection rating, the SLO is also suitable for demanding industrial environments. In addition, the device can be optionally integrated into the BERNSTEIN Smart Safety System.

Safety switch with guard locking SLC
The SLC was designed for applications where a particularly robust construction is required.
Its larger housing ensures stability and durability in daily use, even with frequent opening cycles or increased mechanical loads.
The SLC also has a locking force of 1500 N and can be equipped with spring or solenoid locking. It can be flexibly connected and is also designed with IP67 protection.

The SLK is the right choice when space is at a premium.
Its particularly compact design allows it to be integrated even in confined spaces without having to compromise on safety.
Depending on the version, guard locking is achieved via spring force or magnetic energy. With its IP67 degree of protection, the SLK is suitable for use in a wide range of industrial environments, for example in machine or plant construction.
