The suspension system CS-4000 neXt for enclosed IPCs also integrates all command and signalling devices. This includes; emergency stop functions, identification systems, key switches and interfaces mounted directly into the column. Extension units or additional enclosures are therefore unnecessary. The use of a single suspension system that combines several functions, makes production well organised, clearly structured and allows increased safety factors.
Unlike conventional display solutions with a single touch screen, the suspension system of BERNSTEIN AG delivers a unique solution. It complies with the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG by integrating an emergency stop function.

The column consists of a naturally anodised high-quality extruded aluminium section, which length can be customised to suit customer exact needs. Furthermore, the CS-4000 neXt can be adjusted to the correct ergonomic position, allowing ideal individual operator conditions.
The IPC and keyboard shelf holder can be positioned individually. Another feature is that the IPC holder has graduated tilt control. An optional mousepad is available, this can be positioned to the right or left side of the keyboard shelf and is concealed until needed.
Plug & Play prewired solutions are available upon request. This can be designed to connect command and signalling devices, emergency stop devices, main switches, machine operator identification systems, key switches, keyboards, IPCs / displays, supply lines, data and Ethernet components etc.
Thanks to its modular structure, system components can also be retrofitted. Individual adaptation to customer-specific requirements round off the range of BERNSTEIN AG.
